Blog Plans for December and Annoucement for 2024!

Hello!

Thank you all for following the journey through the KINGDOMS Series thus far. Just last week the epilogue of THE ETERNAL KINGDOM was posted, and thus the end of Book 4. While THE CHAOTIC KINGDOM won't start posting until the new year, we have two bonus posts going up in the coming weeks.

For those that pay attention to the Table of Contents for each book, you'll know that THE ETERNAL KINGDOM will have the Defender masks, while THE DESTINED KINGDOM will have the song Tasia sang as she awakened into a Sorceress. More information about each will be presented when the bonus content is posted! For those that want an updated Glossary, since there have been new terms added since the first Glossary in THE DESTINED KINGDOM, you will have wait until the end of THE FINAL KINGDOM to receive it. There are plenty of more terms that will pop up in THE CHAOTIC KINGDOM and THE FINAL KINGDOM, and it is easier, and less spoilery, to post it after the final book.

While I still don't have the covers for THE DESTINED KINGDOM, THE ETERNAL KINGDOM, THE CHAOTIC KINGDOM, and THE FINAL KINGDOM, I am planning to run a Kickstarter around the time of THE FINAL KINGDOM. This is mainly to fund a physical print run of the books, but also to hopefully finally get the remaining covers commissioned!

One final thing for the week: starting in 2024, another of my book series will start being posted to the blog. When a video game series both myself and my mother loved released a third game, we both hated it. I then decided that I could write it better, so I did. Now it has become its own thing that has snowballed into five books. And a bunch of side stories. That would be the THREADS Series.

However, you will not have to wait until the KINGDOMS Series is completed before you get the start of the THREADS series. While I haven't fully decided when the first book of the THREADS series will start posting, I know that it will be posted on a different day of the week. Probably on Tuesdays or Thursdays, because I like alliteration.

In the meantime, here is the new cover for the first book to the THREADS Series. This brand new cover has been redesigned from the original print run to better reflect the direction of the series, and were painted--yes painted!--by the incomparable Dawn Star Wood. All five covers will be revealed in time, and should soon be reflected in their printed versions published by Line by Lion Publications.
